RETURNS

All returns within UAE can be done online or instore and must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. Our delivery team will send someone wherever you are to collect the product.

All returns outside UAE must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order # (CNPT#) must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at teamconcepts@gmail.com and we'll help you place the return. Please note that gift cards, and store-specific merchandise such as Hijabs, Undergarments etc. is final sale for hygienic purposes.

Shipping

Where does CONCEPTS ship?


Concepts currently ship only to the GCC countries. We are working on bringing Concepts everywhere around the world. Tag us @theconceptsstore to let us know where you live!


Tell me about shipping to the GCC Countries.


We offer three shipping speeds because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.
1. Same Day (UAE only within 24 Hours): AED 10
2. Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): AED 20
3. Rush Shipping (1-2 business days): AED 30

PS: Same day and Standard shipping are free when you spend AED 500 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, we only offer Rush Shipping to the GCC countries apart from UAE.


When will my order ship?


Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1 pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

I'm having problems with the tracking.


Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number still isn’t updating/working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via teamconcepts@gmail.com.


How can I edit my shipping address?


If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email teamconcepts@gmail.com.


How can I change the country I am shopping?


To change the currency, you’re shopping in (and country you’re shipping to), click the little
circle on the upper right corner of your screen and select the correct country. Right now, we only
ship to the countries listed here (but more are coming soon).

You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, let us know by emailing teamconcepts@gmail.com.


What about Customizations?


Our products can be easily customized by you. We provide a wide variety of customization materials (prints, patterns). Based on what you love, our expert tailors customize the piece for you. We recommend UAE residents visiting the store to get expert guidance with the customization process. We have magical mirrors that help you try on what’s in your mind before you customize it. However, if you choose to do so online, we’re working on making the process available for you through our upcoming AI software. Stay tuned for that.


Can I sell the products on my own site?


But why would you do that! That dress would look amazing on you! On a serious note, unfortunately, your purchase of Concepts products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Concepts products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

Gift Cards

How can I redeem a gift card?

Lucky you :) Just click the REDEEM GIFT CARD link in the email. Create an account or log in and enter the code. If you are having difficulty, log in first and then click the link via your email.

How can I pay with a gift card?

Gift cards work like store credit on theconceptsstore.com. Once you have applied the gift card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?


We're sorry you didn't love your Concepts Fit. Please reach out to teamconcepts@gmail.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. 
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry—Concepts packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to teamconcepts@gmail.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?


Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?


If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at teamconcepts@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Concepts Fit you ordered!

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?


Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.


Can I remove a saved payment method?


Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at teamconcepts@gmail.com.


What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or money orders.


What can I do if my payment is declined?


Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.


Is your card expired?


Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at teamconcepts@gmail.com. We’re happy to help!

How can I update my order?


Please email us at teamconcepts@gmail.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfilment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.


How can I check the status of my order?


You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.


Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?


You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Concepts promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.


Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?


You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy two or more items. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.
